Much of our work is confidential and shaped around specific priorities, so the examples below illustrate the types of engagements we deliver rather than a complete public schedule.
InterPartner works through a small number of clearly defined engagement formats. Each is designed around the specific outcome a client is trying to achieve, ranging from rapid supplier discovery to regional roll-out and peer benchmarking. The formats below reflect how we work in practice.
Supplier-funded summits delivered either in person or virtually, bringing together Consumer Goods Groups and a curated set of partners. These engagements are used to identify relevant solutions, align stakeholders, and accelerate progress across sustainability, innovation, logistics, and operational performance.
Where appropriate, summits may be delivered as a series, supporting the roll-out of endorsed solutions into regions and plants.
InterPartner Connect is an in-person, supplier-funded engagement that brings together Consumer Goods groups and selected supplier partners. It is designed to enable peer benchmarking, shared learning, and direct interaction with solution providers in a controlled and commercially aligned environment.
Client-funded advisory support for Consumer Goods groups seeking deeper, targeted input. This work is typically linked to capital investment, asset performance, supplier strategy, or delivery planning, and may sit alongside or follow wider summit or forum activity.
InterPartner works alongside leadership teams as a neutral, delivery-focused partner. Our role is not to sell solutions, but to create the conditions for better decisions by bringing the right people, perspectives, and experience into the room.

A programme of in-person supplier summits delivered across multiple regions, forming the core of InterPartner’s annual delivery and supporting implementation, alignment, and decision-making at local level.
InterPartner Connect forums:
A small number of in-person peer benchmarking forums delivered as part of InterPartner Connect, convening senior leaders and selected suppliers for structured comparison and shared learning.
